Our Mission

The Shaffer Family Foundation brings the community together to honor, support, and celebrate Delaware’s first responders. Through our annual Rally for Our First Responders and our First Responder Scholarship Fund, we raise awareness, show appreciation, and provide meaningful support to the heroes who serve and protect us.

The Rally for Our First Responders

Our signature event brings thousands together each year for a powerful day of live music, family fun, emergency vehicle displays, and heartfelt appreciation. Since launching in 2022, we’ve raised over $400,000 for first responder organizations across Delaware.

Why It Matters

Proceeds benefit first responder groups statewide and fund scholarships for their children. It’s our way of giving back to the people who give their all.
